Welcome to DeepPredictBet (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our sports analytics platform, mobile web application, APIs, AI Scout engines, Bet Doctor risk auditing suite, booking code conversion tools, or related communication channels (including Telegram, Discord, and verified social media handles), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).

1. Nature of the Service & Non-Bookmaker Status

DeepPredictBet is an independent sports analytics, machine learning research, and data intelligence provider. We are NOT a bookmaker, sportsbook, gambling operator, casino, or betting exchange. We do not:

• Accept, place, broker, or transmit real-money bets or financial stakes of any kind.
• Hold, manage, escrow, or process user deposits, withdrawals, or winnings.
• Provide financial, legal, investment, or gambling advice.
• Guarantee or warrant the accuracy, success, or monetary return of any prediction, mathematical model output, accumulator tip, or consensus probability score.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithmic models, machine learning weights, Poisson goal expectation distributions, Dixon-Coles implementations, AI Scout tactical personas, Bet Doctor risk scoring heuristics, user interfaces, branding assets, trademarks, graphics, and codebase are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of DeepPredictBet.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or frame any portion of our prediction feeds or API endpoints without prior written authorization.

3. User Accounts, Coin Balances & Subscriptions

Registered members may earn or purchase platform tokens (“DeepPredict Coins”) or premium subscriptions (“Pro / VIP Passes”). DeepPredict Coins are virtual utility tokens with zero fiat cash value; they cannot be redeemed for legal tender, transferred outside the platform, or refunded. Subscriptions grant access to advanced data tools (e.g., unlimited backtesting, in-play scanner alerts, value bet bot) during the active billing term.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions

While accessing DeepPredictBet, you agree not to:

• Use automated bots, spiders, or headless scrapers to overwhelm or extract content from platform endpoints.
• Circumvent or attempt to tamper with security headers, session tokens, or subscription paywalls.
• Transmit malicious software, exploits, or denial-of-service vectors against our infrastructure.
• Publish or distribute defamatory, harassing, or deceptive materials on community discussion boards or chat support tickets.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL ANALYTICAL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, DEEPPREDICTBET AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF CAPITAL, WAGERING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital content service providers. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of DeepPredictBet shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration or competent courts having jurisdiction.
